When Todd met a client at Green Lake Park in 2011, to discuss listing and selling their home. He couldn’t help but notice the incredible amount of litter scattered throughout the park. Rather than shrugging it off, he founded Green Lake Litter Patrol, a weekly volunteer group dedicated to keeping the park clean and litter free.

Fifteen years later, Todd still shows up week after week to do his part for a neighborhood and park he cares deeply about. That same commitment to his community has shaped his approach to real estate throughout his career. A Seattle real estate professional since 1992 and Managing Broker since 1995, Todd sees his role as an educator, communicator, and trusted guide, helping buyers and sellers feel informed and confident every step of the way.

He is extremly grateful to the variety of Volunteers that have showed up weekly: Families, Business Groups, Girl Scouts, 2nd Grade Classes, High School Students needing Community Service Hours, on and on. These Volunteers are what make GLLP what it is. They are incredible.
